Vitamin Bee ® Roasted Garlic Broccoli
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Toss broccoli florets with the olive oil, garlic, the juice from half a lemon, sesame seeds, and salt and pepper.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven until tender and slightly crispy at the edges (about 20 minutes).
  4. Garnish with twisted lemon peel and serve.
Recipe Notes

Kid Chef Tips: Younger children can measure and add ingredients, toss broccoli, and put it on the pan. Older children can cut broccoli into florets and cut up garlic.
