- 2 celery sticks with ends cut off
- 2 tbsp nut butter peanut butter, almond butter, etc.
- 1 handful raisins or dried goji berry
- 1/2 handful seeds sunflower or other (optional)

Instructions
- Cut the celery into pieces around 4 inches long. Remove all of the leaves, but don’t throw them away just yet.
- Spread the peanut or nut butter on the celery.
- Decorate with raisins or dried Gogi berries and sunflower seeds, or use some celery leaves for garnish.
