Cottage cheese is a great base to add fruit or veggies to! We’ve used cherry tomatoes in our visual, but you can also add cucumbers, broccoli, carrots, berries, melon, raisins, or apples into the mix (probably not at the same time, though). You can also try mixing in different spices for flavor. For example, stirring in cinnamon or nutmeg into a sweeter, fruit paired cottage cheese dish can really add in the “yummy” factor. For savory cottage cheese lunches, try dill, oregano, pepper, or fresh basil to mix in with your veggies.
