- 1 piece pita bread whole wheat or gluten free
- 3 tbsp marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup bell pepper green, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive black
- 2 florets broccoli
- 1/2 cup cheese mozzarella, or non-dairy

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the pita bread on a cookie sheet. Spread on the Marinara sauce.
- Add green peppers, black olives, broccoli florets, and cheese to the pita bread.
- Put in the oven about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Allow it too cool, and then serve while still warm.

Kid Chef Tips: Younger kids can spoon on sauce and sprinkle on veggies and cheese. Older children can cut up veggies.
