- 4 slices toast whole wheat or gluten free
- 4 medium strawberry
- 1 cup blueberry
- 4 tbsp cream cheese low fat
- 1 handful coconut shavings, toasted

Instructions
- Slice off the top of each strawberry and cut them in half.
- Toast the bread to taste (can be more crunchy or lightly toasted depending on how you like it).
- Spread on a tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice of toast.
- Place two halves of the strawberries on the toast to make eyes.
- Place the blueberries on the toast to make a nose and a smile.
- Add the toasted coconut to the top edge of the toast for hair.
- Serve and enjoy!
