  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the sliced apples in a baking dish so that they don’t overlap.
  3. Heat up the coconut oil until it is liquid and then mix in honey.
  4. Brush on coconut oil and honey mixture. Sprinkle on cinnamon.
  5. Bake about 20 minutes until tender.
  6. Let cool.
