Have a Healthy Holiday with Vitamin Bee’s Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

So much of the holiday season is dedicated to unhealthy sweets, but we’ve got a fun, fruity suggestion that’s not just a healthy treat, but yummy enough for the holidays. Little Chefs are highly encouraged to help with this recipe with adult supervision!

Vitamin Bee’s Healthy Holiday Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip


2 cups of vanilla yogurt or non-dairy yogurt (we used soy yogurt for this recipe)
4 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup all natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spices
fruit slices, pretzels and anything that’s fun for dipping!


In a big bowl, stir the 2 cups of yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and pumpkin pie spices until well-blended. Pour into a serving bowl and use a spoon to smooth out the top. Use blueberries to make the frames of Vitamin Bee’s glasses and his smile. Fill in the frames of the glasses with the 4 tablespoons of yogurt that have been set aside. Put a blueberry in each glasses frame to make Vitamin Bee’s pupils,

On a separate plate, place red and green apple slices, strawberries, pears, pretzels and anything else that’s healthy for dipping! Serve and enjoy!
